After we receive your application through our system, you will receive an email confirmation. Then, we will review your documents and get back to you within 10 days. If your application is successful, we will invite you for an interview, which can take place online via MS Teams. If needed, there may be additional steps in the application process. If the conditions are suitable for both parties, the contract will be sent to you for signing and your onboarding journey with AGAPLESION will begin!

What is the application process like?

After you have found the right job in our job finder and applied via our online form, this is how it continues:

Once we receive your application, we process and discuss it with the relevant department within seven days.
If the assessment of your application is positive, we may invite you to a personal interview. We will arrange the appointment with you individually.
Depending on the position, the interview will take place online or on-site at the respective facility.

How do I know that my application has been successfully received?

We will confirm receipt of your application after you have applied to us by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, our e-mail may have been blocked as spam due to security settings of your mail provider. Please check your spam folder as well.

How do I know when the start date for a job is?

Usually, we fill our positions as soon as possible. If there is a specific date, we write it in the job description.

In which language should the application be?

Please write in German. If you do not speak German, you can also send us your application in English.

How can I tell if a job is already filled?

All jobs you see on our careers page are vacant. For some positions we are looking for several new colleagues. Therefore, these job descriptions can be found online longer than others.

Will my application data be treated confidentially?

Of course. No one has access to your data or documents except the recruiting team and those responsible for the respective department.
