Onboarding in a personal way

We want you to feel welcome at AGAPLESION right from the start. In your first few months, we will therefore accompany you on your journey through the initial period as part of a structured onboarding process. You will receive all the important information, get to know your colleagues and gradually familiarise yourself with your department.

To help you find your way around, you will receive regular, meaningful feedback from your team and your manager. We are also happy to receive your feedback. This way, we get to know each other quickly and you will become an indispensable member for your team and also for AGAPLESION within a very short time.

Leadership development

We offer especially our managers at all hierarchical levels extensive development programs. After all, responsibility does not carry itself.

In addition to training for the first two management levels, we also offer programs for middle management. By this we mean, for example, senior physiotherapists, kitchen managers, ward managers, living area managers. We are as diverse as our jobs.

You can expect modular, cross-facility training with internal and external trainers. You will network with other colleagues both within the Group and across occupational groups.
